In Juneau, Alaska, which is not JEW NO, and is the capital of the 49th State in the USA, George W. was in town. In between his search for oil, he got a tattoo at Pair o Dice Tattoo on Seward Street.
Steve-0 is the tattoo artist and he had a lovely, "Condi Baby" tattoo applied to the forearm of our President.
